  3. Full payment is required immediately upon completion of works or any materials supplied, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  4. All estimates are strictly net cash against invoice unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of Value Added Tax, unless specified, or any similar taxes, levies or duties. In the event of the terms of payment not being met then interest will be charged at 25% per month on any outstanding balance.

Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, market conditions shall include any increase in the cost of labour and/or materials.
  6. The seller shall not be responsible for any damage caused during the installation of goods or in carrying out any work occasioned by any inherent defect in the property. The seller hereby warrants that in the manufacture of goods and in the conduct of any work only the best workmanship have been employed and if any fault due to bad workmanship is proved the seller shall redo such work at his own cost for a reasonable period.
  7. In the event of the seller being asked to purchase or obtain material by the purchaser, he will do so as an agent of the purchaser who will indemnify him in full for the cost on any such materials purchased at the bequest or request of the purchaser.
  8. Clients are respectfully reminded that although efforts will be made to minimise any inconvenience, dust, noise and general disruption of normal routine are often an unavoidable consequence of any works carried out.
  9. Notwithstanding that credit may have been given for the payment of the price of any goods supplied by the seller, the seller shall be entitled to retain possession thereof until payment.
  10. The property and the goods shall remain with the seller until payment of the full sum owing including interest.
  11. Extra works requested by clients and not included in the original written estimate will be charged at prorata rate to the original estimate.
  12. Changes in specification of materials on works not specified in the original written estimate will be charged at a prorata rate to the original estimate.
